MJV Groundsmiths provides excavation, grading, and landscaping services as described on our website or in written agreements. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
 

Estimates and Quotes
All estimates provided are non-binding until a written agreement or contract is signed. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, scope changes, or unforeseen factors. Deposits may be required before work begins.
 

Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may be subject to fees or suspension of services. Returned checks or failed payments may incur additional charges.
 

Customer Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate site access, clear communication, and informing us of underground utilities, septic systems, or other hazards prior to work. MJV Groundsmiths is not liable for damages caused by undisclosed site conditions.
 

Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand plans may change. Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of deposit.
 

Liability Disclaimer
MJV Groundsmiths is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delays, equipment issues, weather, or unforeseen site conditions. Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.
 

Warranties
Unless explicitly stated in writing, no warranties or guarantees are offered on services beyond industry-standard workmanship.
 

Intellectual Property
